The international sensation documentary that is reshaping how we think about dementia.

24-year-old humanitarian activist Teun Toebes has a mission: to improve the quality of life of people living with dementia. As the number of people with dementia is set to double in the next 20 years, Teun’s quest is not a question, but a necessity.

In a three-year journey across four continents and 11 countries, Teun and filmmaker Jonathan de Jong take on a disarming and eye-opening exploration around the world, uncovering how dementia is approached in different cultures and what we can learn to rethink the future of care.

Winner of the Audience Award, 2024 Nederlands Film Festival

“Groundbreaking” — The Guardian
